Katie is learning new worhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifds every day. It is crazy. Her vocabulary has really taken off in the last two months. It is so much fun to watch her learn new things and is so much easier in some ways now that the communication gap is getting smaller between us.
I am working on finishing Katie's new bedroom. That is my current project along with scrapbooking still. Although her room isn't finished, we decided to go ahead and move her into her big girl bed and see how she does. That way when we travel or go camping this summer we don't have to take the pack n' play with us. She has slept there for a week and is doing great! She is very excited to sleep in her "moo bed".
Here is a random video of Katie. She loves to dance and is starting to mimic what we do. Please excuse my awful dancing skills. I was trying to keep it simple and ridiculous for Katie. Katie is adorable when she does it. I just look ridiculous, but still fun to dance together.
Our Love Story
Chris and I met in September 2003 - four months after I graduated high school. We got engaged in January of 2004 and married on June 4, 2004, in the Salt Lake City Temple. In December of 2005, we moved to Arizona and love living here! Our first daughter, Katie, was born in December of 2007. Almost 3 years later, in October 2010, we welcomed our second daughter, Alice, whom we call Ali. We love our life and couldn't be happier!
